Q. I purchased a Blossom Dress Form at an earlier time, can I purchase just a new Custom Cover or Floppy Hat or Belt without buying another dress form?
A. Yes, that is why we recently re-designed our webstore so you can
purchase all of our accessories or just one. We all change our decor and colors in our rooms, so we wanted to keep your girl up to date, and always fitting in with your color and design choices. Keep in mind that our accessories only fit our Blossom Dress Forms.
Q. How soon will my order be mailed out?
A. All our dress forms are custom made as they are ordered. Please allow us up to ten business days for creating your one of a kind beauty.
Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. You will receive notification, via email, that your item has shipped and will include tracking information to check the progress of your shipment through the postal system. The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided to us when ordering.
Q. Can I return a dress form?
A. Blossom Dress Forms stands behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the materials and workmanship, you may return it, in new condition, in its original packaging for a prompt replacement or merchandise refund. You must email us (contact us page) within 3 days of delivery if you wish to return one of our dress forms with the reason for return. All returns MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Q. How will I know when my order will be delivered?
A. In the order form if you enter your email address you will be sent tracking information that will notify you where your order is and when it is delivered.
Q. What kind of credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard & Visa.
Taxes:
A 6% tax will be charged to all merchandise shipped within the state of Maryland. All other merchandise will not be taxed.
Shipping Information / UPS Delivery Times Explained:
Please Note: UPS does not count the day a package is received as a day of transit.*
*Not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, HI, AK,and PR ** Only available method for HI, AK,and PR ***We update estimated processing times based on our current projected order volume.Saturday delivery
available with Next Day Air ONLY ($12.50 additional charge).
Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time.
If you place an order after 12 P.M. Eastern time, we'll begin processing it on the next business day.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. (If you choose UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and place order on Friday - UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday.
=Example: Order placed Friday by noon Next Day Air will arrive
Monday - A 2nd Day Air will arrive Tuesday.
Please Note:
UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
NOTE:UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you
ship to any commercial address in the 48 contiguous states, so if you need guaranteed delivery to a residential address you should choose UPS 3 Day or above.
Shipping charges are calculated via the UPS database.
We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.
